As others have noted, this company has terrible customer service. They just stopped responding to my questions. I ordered the boot as advertised on the site. It arriveNOT made in USA and without pull tabs. We are paying for a “luxury” leather good. At 850CAD I expected to receive wha is advertised. As is this product is falsely advertised. You will not get what you see on the site. Moreover, customer serivice will provide no explanation and will ignore you. Terrible company, terrible service. I expected more from this“heritage” brand that has been making goods since the 1800s

Bought my first pair of these boots last April and only wore them a handful of times before I noticed the right boot was faulty causing it to fit significantly looser than my left one. Emailed, called, DMed from august to December when I finally gave up and got tired of the “we will be in contact with you shortly” AI emails and calls. Was told on several occasions I would be called or emailed the following day after the right team looked at my case but was never contacted unless I was the one reaching out. To this day they never got back to me or offered any resolution or proper response

Ended up selling the boots and getting a new pair which thankfully don’t have the same faulty issue. I love the boots but am so sad from the horrific customer service I received. So much for “one year warranty”.

Get compliments from strangers, the banana colour is iconic and goes with everything.

My pair were made in the USA with pull up up straps.
First day wearing, walked 10,000 steps no problem.
So glad I invested in these timeless beauties! 10/10
