The Frye Company Canada warrants any genuine Frye footwear against manufacturer’s defect for up to one (1) year after purchase from any authorized Frye retailer. *The Frye Company Canada does NOT offer a limited warranty for products purchased from anyone who is not an authorized dealer.

The Frye Company Canada warrants its products to the original purchaser against manufacturer’s defect. Wear and fit issues, except as a result of a production issue, are not considered to be manufacturer’s defects and are not covered. Weather and water damage are also not covered. If your Frye product suffers from a manufacturer’s defect within one year of purchase from Fryecompany.ca, we will replace it with the same style, size, and colour. If the item cannot be replaced, we will issue a Merchandise Credit for use on our website in the amount of your original purchase.  

This limited warranty does not cover, and The Frye Company Canada shall have no obligation or liability with respect to, improper or inadequate fit once footwear product has been worn/used. The Frye warranty does not apply to any co-branded collaborations.

The Harvest Tote, Hope Crossbody and Frye and Co. merchandise are NOT covered under The Frye Company's manufacturer's warranty.
