HOW TO RETURN ITEMS:

Please contact cs@fryecompany.ca with your order #, your email address, item#, description, and reason for return.  Once they receive that information, you will receive your RA#, return instructions and pre-paid shipping label via email.

COMMON RETURNS QUESTIONS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full-refund issued to the card that was used for the purchase. 

IS IT EASY TO RETURN ITEMS?
Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a shipping label via email.

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE ITEMS?
Unfortunately we are not able to offer product exchanges in our system at this time.  You may however follow the returns procedure above to return the item and then place a new order (for the replacement).

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment within 10 business days (2 weeks) of receipt of your packaged return according to our policies stated on our Customer Care page. 

WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?
Items purchased in the last 30 days.
Unworn items or if there are quality issues.

WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE?
Worn items.
Final sale items.
Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
