I wish I could have reviewed these but unfortunately T Force lost the package so I never received them. I decided to try again and order a different color because the stone color I wanted was now out of stock. I ordered the black on Nov 29 and just received them Dec 21 due to T Force. I went back and forth for weeks between T Force and Frye via email and was getting nowhere. Completely fed up I decided to phone Frye and a gentleman in customer support ( Omar) got to the bottom of this for me. If it wasn't for him I'm sure I'd still be going back and forth trying to locate the package. The boots were awesome but I ended up sending them back because the zipper was stuck on the right boot and couldn't be unzipped so I returned today. All and all this has been an extremely frustrating experience for both orders. I'm very glad to hear Frye isn't using T Force anymore for deliveries otherwise I'd never even consider ordering again.
