Very tight and not comfortable

Very rigid leather and not comfortable at all!!! Runs super small and not easy to put them on.

Love the boots, sadly, I can’t get the right foot on.

Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, the right boot does not fight. I can’t get my foot into it. I’ve tried with a shoehorn, a silk stocking and just plain old forcing an inch at a time, without luck. The left foot is challenging but I managed to get it on and it fit well.
I would like to return the boots as I won’t be able to wear them. Are there specific instructions I should follow?

Was a bit iffy about the style, because the shaft isn’t too long, but looks really cute with jeans. Super easy to slip on. Can’t wait to wear them this winter. I’ll be stylish and warm.
